Getting started....finally.

I've had this blog since September 2008, but this is my first post :(

Regardless, I'm motivated now and I want to make some changes in my life. Here are my goals:
  • Lose weight by improving my eating habits aka "Follow the Plan"
  • Reach my goal weight of 165 lbs by year end
  • Walk a full marathon by summer 2010.

Tomorrow is a weigh in day at WW, so I'll post my "starting weight" tomorrow and kick off this journey!
